Laid-Back Administration: Weekly Columnists
         (recursive definition of course)

Stroke Survivors Tattler
Last week, November 22, 2014, we started the Weekly Columnists or short is WC (for writing, sorry but NOT the British noun - water closet!). Before that times all people were Eclectic or Eclectic Stuff and the ordered for time is relatively random. But some people would write every week and the topic is, very often, close to the ⌘ Headline. The first is Jo Murphey - Sunday Stroke Survival, then TED Talks, ..., and so on. Now we have six WC (including, but dicey, Laid-Back Administration):

  • Sunday Stroke Survival is a part of The Murprey Saga. Her name is Jo Murphey and she is a free-lance writer, author, and minister. Married with four children and eight grandchildren. She spend a a big chunk of my free time helping other writers accomplish their dreams and surviving after a stroke.
  • Tadpole Update in Stroke Survivors Tattler.  Spokes Fighting Strokes on the web and generally, cycling, Dan says, has improved his health and more importantly, given him a purpose in life. He wants to raise awareness of HHT (Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia), the disease that killed his brother and mother and is present in Dan and his younger son. He also wants to raise awareness of stroke prevention and inspire other stroke survivors to fight back against the disease.
  • Jackie The Jester and her real name is Jackie Poff and she always makes a joke (or many) when she is here, there,  wherever, ..., whereafter.  In modern times a jester commonly use a "joke" - a joke is something spoken, written (especially on the Internet), or done with humorous intention. Jokes may have many different forms, e.g., a single word or a gesture (considered in a particular context), a question-answer, or a whole short story. The word "joke" has a number of synonyms, including wisecrack, gag, prank, quip, jape and jest. To achieve their end, jokes may employ irony, sarcasm, word play and other devices. Jokes may have a punch line, i.e., an ending to make it humorous.
  • TED Talks at Stroke Survivors Tattler is a nonprofit devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short, powerful talks (18 minutes or less). TED began in 1984 as a conference where Technology, Entertainment and Design converged, and today covers almost all topics — from science to business to global issues — in more than 100 languages. Many, many more TED articles are available.
  • Rick Mercer Report (or the Mercer Report, or RMR) is a part of Stroke Survivors Tattler. Much larger Rick Mercer Report is a Canadian television comedy series which airs on CBC Television. Launched in 2004 and hosted by comedian Rick Mercer, the weekly half-hour show combines news parody, sketch comedy, visits to interesting places across Canada, and satirical editorials, often involving Canadian politics. (Jackie Poff started Rick Mercer Report in SSTattler in April 20, 2013 -  ZENN Car (Zero Emissions No Noise)).
  • Laid-Back Administration - Most of the time is writing by Dr. Beagle C. Cranium (but sometimes writing by SSTattler aka John C. Anderson). Often boring technical but occasionally  important. Recursive definition - see Laid-Back Administration: Weekly Columnists (recursive definition of course).
