Laid-Back Admin: Future Topics, Jester, and Admin

We have a minor changes for the format:

1. We tried the HTML: "<table>... </table>” for the "Future Topics in SSTattler:” last week (May 2/2015). It is very good but lots of finicky details every week - we will put it back to the format before i.e. put raw text with the font: courier in the (fake) table. Maybe I’ll look again but it is the bottom of my list for right now.
2. Changed “Jackie The Jester:” to “Jester:” - a) now the title fits (usually) on one line and b) the name “Jackie Poff” and her picture is right after “Jester:...” anyway.
3. Changed “Laid-Back Administration” to “Laid-Back Admin” - a) now the title fits (probably) on one line and b) the CEO, FoF, P&CE  my name (Dr. Beagle C. Cranium) or the name of the Coder  & Admin (John C. Anderson) and the picture is right there.
