Promoting the need for funding stroke recovery research

In May, the Heart and Stroke Foundation (HSF) released a series of ads promoting their Lottery. Proceeds will go, in part, to the HSF Centre for Stroke Recovery (CSR). This 60-second spot, produced by the HSF, showcases some of the research underway at the CSR Baycrest site.

On June 15-17, the Heart and Stroke Foundation is hosting, in part, its Polo for Heart annual event. The Heart and Stroke Foundation Centre for Stroke Recovery will be one of two recipients of the proceeds resulting from this year’s event. For more information or to purchase tickets visit www.poloforheart.org.  More details on the results of this event in the JUNE issue of RECOVERY News.
