SSTattler: The term - noun "hackers" or verb "hacking" was used by computer software people (for years) to "break it" or "leak it" or ... and to "fix it" so that is "correct" and "publish it". There is no hacking mischief at all...Hacking is about more than mischief-making or political subversion.
