- Constraint means talking and avoiding compensatory strategies like writing, drawing, or gesturing,
- Forced use is talking, and,
- Massed practice is 2–6 hours per day of individual and group intensive therapy.
The aphasia treatment and activities don’t differ much from traditional treatment approaches but they are intensive. There are several places that offer this intensive therapy:
