Edmonton's own 28-piece, British-style brass band will strut its finest in this brassy music spectacular. Selections include ‘An English Suite’ (Ball),  ‘Exaltation’ (Mackereth), ‘MacArthur Park’ (Webb/Sparke), ‘Scene No. 1 from Swan Lake’ (Tchaikovsky/Hirst) and ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ (Badelt/Barry). Soloists include Cam Martin (soprano cornet) playing ‘Concerto’ (Bellini/Snell), Daniel Skepple (cornet) playing ‘Songs of Erin’ (Christmas) and Chris Diaper and Robert Johnson (euphonium) playing the duet ‘Sous le Dôme Epais’ (Delibes/Johnson). The band will be led by its principal conductor, David Hoyt.
