Periodically most people with stroke likely wonder if stem cells can fix stroke.   While there is lots of research hype about the possibilities for a  “stem cell cure for stroke disability”,  the research progress is seems slow in Western countries.  Ads are popping up on the  Internet about stem cell treatment.  CBC radio just did a story about the International market for  stem cell treatment and interviewed researcher Tim Caufield about the stem cell hype.
